Terms & Conditions for B Bagel Ltd
eGift Cards

1. eGift Cards can be purchased / issued only by B Bagel Ltd – 236D Fulham Road SW10 9NB by email – orders@bbagelplatters.co.uk . The terms and conditions detailed below apply to eGift Cards issued by B Bagel Ltd.

2. eGift Cards can be only provided through email. The terms and conditions detailed below apply to such eGift Cards.

3. eGift Cards are available to purchase only upon request by email.

4. Terms and conditions applicable to B Bagel Ltd eGift Card -

4.1 All B Bagel Ltd eGift Cards are non-refundable

4.2 B Bagel Ltd eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at any of B Bagel shops.

4.3 B Bagel Ltd eGift Card.  It can only be used in-store.

4.4 eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases over the phone or online orders such as Third part-
deliveries Platforms.


4.5 eGift Cards are not credit, payment, or cheque guarantee cards, cannot be redeemed for cash,
and cannot be resold or re-tendered. This does not affect your statutory rights.


4.6 If you do not spend the entire balance of a B Bagel Ltd eGift Card in one transaction, the
remaining balance will, subject to term 4.7 remain available for use. The eGift Card balance will be
printed on the till receipt after each use.


4.7 The value of a B Bagel Ltd eGift Card expires on the date shown on the eGift Card, which is 12
months from the date of initial activation. If unused within this time the card will be deemed
inactive, and any remaining balance lost.


4.8 Treat a B Bagel Ltd eGift Card as cash as it cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen. 
B Bagel Ltd is not responsible for any unauthorized use of a B Bagel Ltd eGift Card.


4.9 Any funds on a B Bagel Ltd eGift Card are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation
Scheme. In the unlikely event of the issuer of this product becoming insolvent some or all funds on
any eGift Card held may not be available to be spent.


4.10 B Bagel Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for the eGift Card if it’s
necessary without affecting the customer’s rights.
